5-Year Installation Warranty

Coverage Period: Five (5) years from the date of installation.

Warranty Details:

Installation Quality: Very Good Gutter Co. ("the Company") guarantees that the installation of your new gutters or gutter guards has been performed to industry standards and in a workmanlike manner.

Material Defects: The Company warranties that all materials used in the installation, including new gutters or gutter guards, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years.

Warranty Transfer: This warranty is transferable to subsequent homeowners of the property for the duration of the coverage period.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

1. Damage resulting from improper maintenance or neglect.

2. Damage caused by acts of nature, including but not limited to storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, and earthquakes.

3. Damage caused by accidents, vandalism, or intentional misuse.

4. Alterations or modifications made to the new gutters or gutter guards or installation by anyone other than Very Good Gutter Co.

5. Normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability:

The liability of Very Good Gutter Co. under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective components. The Company shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.

Governing Law:

This warranty is governed by the laws of NYS, and any disputes arising from this warranty shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of NYS.
